Bell convinced the CRTC to allow usage based billing (UBB) for wholesale/3rd party DSL providers.

If you happen to be a DSL internet customer, this directly affects you – especially if your provider is anyone other than Bell.

I recently received spam from “Oliver Gu” trying to sell some sort of internet marketing workshop. I have no idea how this company got my email address but luckily they left an identity trail that allows us to get a hold of them and tell them how we feel about receiving unsolicited email.
